With three decades of culinary experience and a Red Seal Certification in Culinary Arts, I’ve refined my skills in five-star hotels, fine dining restaurants, private yachts, luxury fishing lodges, and large-scale banquets. Every dish reflects a commitment to excellence, balance, and authentic flavor.
